The 2009 Conference Staff

There are five Conference Staff Teams, as shown below. Each Conference Staff Team has a unique set of responsibilities, and will be led by a Director.

The Delegate Team is responsible for designing the conference application and coordinating the selection process of delegates. This group of staff members serves as contact for delegates before, during and after the conference. The delegate team manages and coordinates the assessment survey of the conference. 

The Development Team is working hard to raise money to meet the yearly budget for the conference as well as funds for the conference 1,000,000 dollar endowment fund.

The Marketing Team designs all materials for advertising the conference and coordinates all promotion activities.

The Operations Team is responsible for the organization of the conference day-of events and details, as well as coordinate facilities, meals, and decorations.

The Programming Team schedules and coordinates all speakers and participants in the conference. These staff members coordinate the selection of conference topic and organize day-of agenda and schedule of the conference.
